We had a nice sunny day. E bikes are easy to use. It is a quick 5 mile one way ride on a bike lane on the main highway. There were many cars and the back leader of the group was continuously calling out "car" so our group was aware of the approaching cars. It was a large group with many abilities, so the group did not bike together. We did have 2 guides, one who stayed in the front of the group, and one who stayed in the back. We got to the hike in the forest- really a flat walk to the beach and back, mostly along a manmade boardwalk. The guides pointed out trees and plants that were okay to eat and not to eat. We only saw some eagles when we were biking to and from the marina. The 5 mile bike back was easy. When we returned, they offered salmon dip and another dip, some raw veggies, snack bars and waters and juices. I am only giving this a 3, as we thought it was a bike path along the forest, not a bike lane along the highway. For those who want an easy bike ride and a walk through a rain forest, this is perfect for you.
