Our cruise ship tour was cancelled by the cruise line and so we found out about these guys through Trip Advisor. Not your typical tour as the ratio of guests to guide is 6:1. We met at their office in Ketchikan where we were greeted by friendly staff, freshly brewed (awesome) coffee and free wifi. The drive out to their facility was about 15-20 minutes where we picked up our gear and bikes. The Pedago bikes they use are simply incredible and so much fun. Our guide was very friendly, genuine, and incredibly knowledgeable. We rode to the end of the road and then enjoyed a really nice hike in the rainforest where he told us all about the forest, we ate fresh berries, watched salmon swimming up the river to spawn. It was a really "chill" tour and good to get away from the crowds and typical cruise tour. At the end of the tour we enjoyed a quick snack and you can buy beer from the local store. I wish that we couldn't spend more time in Ketchikan, as I loved it and sadly we didn't see any bears, but overall an exceptional tour experience. Next time I visit Ketchikan I would love to do their kayak tour.
