Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests are required to sign an insurance/liability waiver in order to participate
Drivers must be at least 25 years old and are required to show a current driver's license
Minimum age for the tour is 5 years
Children must weigh at least 40 lbs (18 kg) in order to fit into the required life jacket
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
Children 13-17 must have a signed parental consent form to participate in the absence of a parent or guardian

What To Expect

Tongass National Forest

For the Jeep® portion of this safari adventure, you will join up to three other guests, with plenty of opportunities to change drivers for those who want to get behind the wheel! While you traverse the mountain roads of the Tongass National Forest, your guide provides you with interesting and informative commentary using a two-way radio. You'll be fascinated by the area's natural history as you pass through old growth and new growth forests and stop for magnificent views and photo opportunities along the way.

We had a great day in Ketchikan and everything was perfect! Best part of our Alaskan cruise! Snacks were great, canoe ride was amazing in the water and Jeep road was Ricky which was great for us to enjoy a true off road experience!

Overall the excursion was fun. The canoe ride wasn't too far, but there was no walk in the woods. It would of been nice if we could have done that. That's the only reason I dock it by one star. The off roading was a lot of fun. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I would recommend it.

This a great excursion. We loved the canoe ride and the jeep ride was fun too. Oliver，our tour guide did a great job. The clam chowder and not chocolate was great. Could have used a little more time to enjoy it though.
