Had a great time with Madeline and Aubrey kayaking around Eagle Island. Maddie was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and made our tour very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour! Good for all ages :)

At first I wasn't sure about this, but my husband wanted to go kayaking so I went along. It turned out to be one of my favorite activities in Alaska. We had a double kayak. The lake was pristine, everything was so beautiful. Another double kayak turned over, but the company was quick to pick them up and give them dry clothes, and soon they were back on the lake. We were lucky not to catch any rain too.

22 June 2019 - 11:30am departure Southeast Exposure was super easy to work with from start to finish. We had a bit of a kerfuffle with our initial booking (I booked the right day, wrong month), and they were able to help us sort out the confusion quickly and easily. Their instructions for finding their shuttle were super easy to follow and accurate. Our shuttle driver was pleasant and informative. Our guides were excellent and knowledgeable. The weather was beautiful with many wildlife sightings including a whale surfacing before a dive 20ft from our kayak. The guides, who've worked the tours for a number of years, had never had such a close encounter. The bald eagles were also out in force, and we were able to see a female returning to her mate and nest.
