Snorkeling is fun, safe, and easy aboard the Sundiver III. Join us for a 2.5 hour underwater tour to the shallow, inner, coral reefs located at the "World Famous" Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary, also known as the original John Pennekamp State Park. Our friendly crew specializes in kids, families, and first time snorkelers. You will be absolutely amazed at the underwater world that lives just offshore of Key Largo. High quality rental gear (mask, fins, float vest) is INCLUDED with all snorkel tours provided by Sundiver.

We sell very affordable high quality souvenir snorkels made of 100% silicone available in many colors. Available for purchase during check in.

The evening leading up to the tour I was taken to the hospital. My son tried to contact the company and explain the situation without success. Not a very professional company.

Hello, So let me get this right. You gave us a 1 star review for our operation and you never even went on the boat snorkeling which means you never gave us a chance to show you a good time. That seems unfair. I am sorry if someone in your party had to go to the hospital the night before but this is not our fault. We sell spots on our snorkel boat and once they are sold they are your spots. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and you called the night before after the shop was closed. Sorry but this was only hours from trip time and doesn't give us a chance to re-sell your spots. We offered you to rebook to another trip time but we did deny your refund so you are upset. Let me ask a question, If you had a plane ticket to fly somewhere on American Airlines or had sports tickets to a professional sport game and you decided the night before to cancel it, Would they cancel and refund it ?? No !! They would not. We are not any different from a sports venue selling tickets or an airline selling seats on an airplane, Once you buy the tickets they are yours. As a company we can't just refund every person that calls hours before trip time leaving us with unpaid empty seats on the boat, especially over the July 4th holiday weekend. This is extremely unfair to give us a 1 star review when we did NOTHING WRONG !!! You never even set foot on our boat. Unfair !

I can’t stress enough telling you this is a MUST while in Miami. Since we arrived to the dock until we got back, this was the best experience while in Miami. Family owned business and Super Friendly and fun staff, it felt like being with family. We were first timers and we’re definitely coming back. We came with our 8yo. and you do NOT have to be a great swimmer to snorkel, they will help you with absolutely everything you need. Recommend 10/10 & don’t forget to bring a waterproof camera because there’s LOTS to see at the reef ;)
