My snorkel tour today was absolutely terrible. The two men that hosted the tour were grumpy, hateful, and talked to us like animals. They were so completely rude. First off the trip should’ve have happened at all. The wind was too high and the water was treacherous. Maybe 10% of the entire boat actually made it to the reef. He ridiculed everyone and yelled at us for every little thing. I was already stressed from being a single mom with 4 kids and I was doing my very best. The constant yelling and ridicule from the staff didn’t help. He also caused an argument with another guest who didn’t wear her vest properly. She was very upset and was yelling back at him that if he had a problem he should address it with her personally and not the entire boat. She was embarrassed and rightfully so. This is the biggest waste of money ever and I regret using this company so much.

The White Reef was so very colorful with fans and coral as well as many different kinds of fish. The day I went the water was very calm and the visibility was great all my videos turned out incredible. The crew was helpful and attentive as many on our trip were first timers so Greg and Tim made the feel confident about getting in the water. This crew and experience is well worth the cost.

The boat anchored too far away from the reef so that only a few guests could swim to the reef against the waves and wind. Disappointing. The trip was supposed to be 3 hours long but ended in slightly over 2 hours.
