It was a rough day so we couldn’t go to the reef. We went to the Gulf instead. I know they can’t control the weather but the captain was indifferent and the other 2 deck hands seemed less than happy to be there. We were on a family vacation and expected a little more enthusiasm. The other boats near our snorkel site were more upbeat. If I have a chance to do it again I will pick a different tour. The positives - the equipment seemed new and clean.

I have snorkeled all over the carribean, Mexico and the US. This was absolutely the worst snorkeling trip ever. The captain absolutely did not care where he stopped us. We snorkeled in the ocean with nothing to see and no guidance as to where to go. I did not have equipment that fit it worked because the boat was so full.

Well we did not go to the Reef, and were told that it was due to Weather. So they took us to a different place, and there wasn't much to see, Parrot fish, Hogfish, and Yellow Snappers. I did have a close encounter with a large Barracuda! I have been Snorkeling in the Keys for over 50 years, this site was disappointing, and no I wouldn't book with them again.

Greetings and thank you for joining us on the snorkeling trip. We do apologize that the fish weren't as friendly as they normally are. When weather covers the reef we always let the guests know and allow a chance to reschedule. Some guests do not have the opportunity to reschedule so we do have plenty of locations that we can go to that provide great snorkeling. Typically when one reef location is covered with bad weather we can actually avoid the rain and still get to another location.
