The departure time was changed 3 days before the trip, with a notification not to the number indicated. On the morning of the excursion we pointed out the problem but fortunately we were already ready for departure, they made us take an Uber and did not wait for us at the indicated place (5min wait) then they gave us a new meeting place telling us to be there at 7.55 am. We took a new Uber and arrived at the appointed place at 7.27am, waited until 8.20am and no one ever arrived, they also stopped answering my phone. If I could I'd give 0 stars, we'll definitely take legal action

First this review is repeated,
Customers must know how to read all information and can't assume that a tour start time is the same as the pick up time from their hotel, all the information was given with enough time in advance 3 days before via the Viator messenger which send then the info via email as well.
Also on the tour information is very well stated that the pick up time will be sent up to 24 hours before the trip and if they wanted to know before that they could contact our office.
