When we boarded, there was no crowd control, creating a disorganized experience. While the staff was pleasant during the cruise, the sights left much to be desired. The underwater view appeared brown and muddled, with very few fish visible. The coral we managed to identify was Gorgonia ventalina, but if there was more to see, the poor visibility through the glass bottom made it difficult. Our 6–8 PM time slot felt rushed, as the crew seemed eager to return, limiting the time we spent exploring the coral beds.

Tour cancelled and they never told us until we arrived after driving 2 hours to go on the tour. Very disappointed in the lack of communication!!

Nice clean boat, knowledgeable tour guides. Lots of seating around glass bottom to make viewing easy and accessible to everyone. Pleasant experience for everyone.
