I found a lower price but they didn’t honor their low price guarantee. Go to the trolley’s website instead and save 5 dollars per ticket. Here’s the response I got: “ The tour experience should be operated with the same local operator but upon checking, these tours are operated by different local operators. In addition, the low price guarantee does not include discounts you may receive from third-party organizations. Therefore we cannot accept this as a low price guarantee product.” I used the same trolley pictured on my viator ticket to find a better price. But no refund.

Eric was our first tour guide and he did an amazing job! Once we hopped on again, we had Vee and she was just as pleasant!
