It's convenient. Some of the drivers were nicer than others. Grace was the good one. For a small group, it's easier to find a spot than for a bigger group.

Very disappointed with the QR system at Fairfield Inn for redemption of the tickets. I asked the rep there to redeem, he told me, sarcastically, “I don’t have anything to read that, you should have bought your tickets with me”. I called visitor to find where I could redeem the tickets downtown Key West. Drivers were great on every trolley we took.

We've always found Old Town Trolley to be a good way to get around new places. Not so in Key West. Overbooked / understaffed. Several times we waited in line for 30 or more minutes to find several next trolleys full. Drivers always said "next bus has room" but never true. A waste of money for a two-day pass used a total of less than an hour. Most of its stops are walkable around Duval Street. We could have taken a cab for $6 per person to our motel on the outskirts and saved the $70 for the trolley. Very disappointed. Would like to be refunded.
