The first bus passed us without stopping. The second @ 10:15 picked us up. Then the guide told us not to sit in the first seats we came to because we would squeeze the two big guys sitting in two seats. I guess the paid for two seats? We immediately got off before it left. I did not expect rude guides. I immediately called my credit card and will ask for a charge back. Also, I called your phone number and the person transferred me - I held on for more than five minutes and it hung up on me.
