Today on March 17, 2022 my friends & I are in Key West and we had tickets we had purchased in January for the St. Augustine Hop on Hop off that we were unable to use. We called to see if we could use them in Key West and Jennifer Greg of Hop on Hop off in St. Augustine was so wonderful working with me and was able to work it out for us.
