Customer Service was very helpful… We were visiting Key West on a cruise ship and our cruise itinerary was changed at the last minute therefore we were not going to make our original reservation date. I was literally calling from my cruise cabin to see if I could make the change.. all went well!! Enjoyed our experience!

Utilize your time well and take this tour vs. walking tours. You see more geography and the guide’s stories are much more detailed. (We took two walking tours and heard the same anecdotes.) Ride this early in your trip’s itinerary so you know where to go back and visit longer.

We took the ride as a shore excursion from our cruise ship. While it was very informative the driver went sooo fast that we really didn’t get to see or enjoy any of the places she was pointing out.
