Key West Sunset Cruise with Tropical Buffet Dinner Key West Over crowded and average at best. If you have read any of the other negative reviews, they are spot on with accuracy. They didn’t sell enough tickets on another boat so they merged two boats together. They told us the other boat wasn’t working. The other boat was a sip and sail and paid less than we did. We felt cheated. Adding so many extra people was unnerving. Very crowded and standing room only for two hours. We had 110 people on the boat. We expected 60. Food was okay and drinks were fine. A singer with microphone and guitar sang the entire time. The disgruntled patrons mostly were irritated from the staff and their lacking of communication and lack of leadership to manage the crowd. The AC in the dining area was not working as well. It took 30 minutes to convince the staff to leave a door open for air circulation. We found an area in the back of the boat downstairs by the bathrooms to huddle in. Turned out to be the best place to see the sunset. This is not a cruise for little kids or over 65. Lots of people. Two bartenders for 110 people. Not sure how they stay in business running this dinner cruise. If they capped the number to 80 people, they would get better reviews. Or they will continue to get pissed off people when they over book this activity.

Greetings & thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We did have a small group that wanted to upgrade to this trip instead of the other one. The other trip went out as well, we did not cancel it. The boat is regulated to hold up to 149 guests and your trip had 88 guests onboard. We do have two full time bartenders on the boat, which waiting is never really the case, as half of the group is downstair eating while the other is on the top deck or handing out at the front or back of the boat. Our dinning room also has a host that gets drinks for the dinning guests. We are so fortunate that this has become one of the most popular trips in the Florida Keys and sells out most nights of the week. We always aim for 5 star guest experiences and that night we were able to deliver that to all groups but yours and for that we do apologize. The cruise out on the gulf was good. My disappointment was the food... Food served buffet style with everyone handling the utensils. With covid and other germs we did not eat. Spending over $200.00 for the cruise more attention to those details and ensuring the food was great was a disappointment. The bar staff and captain where professional. Quality is more important than quantity. These key attributes will keep your business thriving and successful.

The staff was awesome as well as the food and cocktails. I would definitely do this again!! The music was great and even had everyone dancing!!
