Second time on cruise. Paid for VIP but bar didn't have any upgraded drinks. Food was cold and so so. Certainly not worth the price. We won't be back.

Hey Gary, I apologize you didn't have a 5 star experience on our trip. I would love to find out more about this experience so we can better prepare or train our team. We usually never run out of alcohol on the boat. This boat usually has over a month of alcohol supply on board ensuring everything is fully stocked. I'm curious if there was a certain brand in which we didn't have as we do have a huge selection, but we do advertise exactly the brands that we do have to ensure our guests know what they are paying for. If you could give our office a call, I would love to dig further into these issues. 305-296-2554.

I purchased five tickets for the sunset Cruise with a tropical buffet and unlimited and upgraded bar. After we set cell we found out that we were having turkey. And that they did not have nothing but a limited bar. And what was really available was watered down Sunset margaritas. And that's the first thing you tasted was water. They had two types of beer. And it's all. For some of the drinks most of them they did not have the ingredients to make them. I would recommend this trip to nobody. We were not given any kind of warning that the buffet was going to be changed. Or nothing the food was not good. And I purchased these five tickets on the fact that it was expensive Cruise, tropical buffet, and unlimited bar. Paid well over $500 for this. What a waste of money.

Greetings Linda, we are sorry you were disappointed in the food selection on our thanksgiving day dinner cruise. This puzzles us as each and every thanksgiving (as advertised) we bring in executive chefs to prepare a traditional thanksgiving day dinner. This cruise sells out each and every year and this is the only complaint on that trip. We are not sure who you booked this trip through. It is extremely important to book your activities directly through the company as they have the full understanding on everyday operation as well as any special events. Additionally, each dinner cruise includes open well bar includes: Unlimited Well Mixed Drinks, Draft Beer (2 selections), Margaritas, Wine, Champagne, Rum Runners & Soft Drinks. and we did not run out of anything on that trip. Lastly, for that trip we brought in world renown steal drum player Toko Irie to set a nice tropical vibe to the sunset cruise.

It was a good trip. The weather was not good it was overcast with no sunset, but it didn't rain. The food was good and hot with plenty of options. It would have been nice to have a dessert such as Key lime bars or cookies though. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the entertainment was good.
