It was a beautiful boat and sunset sail. Drinks were flowing, plenty of apps and crew was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone. We were a group of 4.

Never again go on the ship ever, they left early leaving us behind and yet no refund... can we say fraud ?

Dear Future Guests, please be assured that we highly value your vacation time in Key West. As such, we ask our guests to check in 30-45 minutes in advance of your trip so that everyone has ample time to wander, get lost, find parking, etc. Our ticketing representatives give a courtesy call to anyone that has still not checked in at 10 minutes before boarding, and again at 5 minutes before boarding to try to assist with any last minute issues that may arise. We are a small company with a finite number of tickets that we are able to sell on a daily basis and we are at reduced capacity in order to help all of our guests feel safe while they are enjoying their trip with us. All of this is to say that when our ticketing staff calls a guest to ask their ETA because it's 4:46 PM and the boat was meant to depart at 4:45 PM, and that guest replies that they decided to go snorkeling in the afternoon and their boat is "late getting back to the dock," you can bet we are going to deny a refund, reschedule, or the courtesy of waiting for them to arrive.
