The planning was very lax. All the Wine and Champagne were dry, not one bottle is a semi-sweet or sweet wine or Champagne.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. The ship is magnificent. You feel like you have stepped back into the golden age of sailing. The ship was not overcrowded and the passengers were respectful of each other. This is not a Key West party boat where half the passengers are inebriated. Alcohol in the form of red and white wine and several types of canned beer were offered along with champagne if you preferred. There was plenty of it as well. Snacks were passed around by the crew to the passengers on an individual basis. Pita bread and veggies accompanying by hummus to start. Second course, a nice selection of sliced cheese with crackers followed by third course of chilled shrimp cocktail. The ship was admirably handled by Captain Amber and her crew of three deck hands, Heater,Lexi and Jason. Amber gave a brief history of sights to see along the cruise and allowe passengers to take a turn at the helm and pose for pictures. Last but not least was the spectacular sunset!!! This trip was well worth the cost!

There’s nothing like a sunset sail. The captain and crew of America 2.0 were friendly, attentive and courteous. We had a gorgeous evening out on the water. The drinks and hors d'oeuvres were just right. Even on a sold out boat, there was ample room for all guests. Well worth it!
