I am writing to hopefully save some people a headache. We did not actually take the tour but had to cancel our reservations due to weather, so I can not speak to the tour itself...however, should you need to cancel, please DONT try to do it through TripAdvisor/viator!!! We were well within the time frame to cancel and they were trying to tell us we weren’t and that they were unable to process the refund. I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU to just call sebago key west directly. We spoke with Chloe (who was great) and she was able to cancel our reservation within seconds with no hassles at all!

The whole trip was an awesome experience. From the happy crew, to the wonderful variety of music, to delicious appetizers. Sunset was incredible and the boat was immaculate!

Agreed to 2 hour cruise - (left dock at 4:50 and returned at 6:15) hors devours was limited to 3 shrimp, a slice of cucumber, a skewer with cherry tomato and 2 olives and a small cracker with cheese, drinks provided were from no name alcohol, and a blond haired male crew member was outright rude.. bathrooms reeked of stench every time the door opened- honestly a rip off
