Upon lining up for boarding and final check in, despite all of our group being present, the Representative allowed an extremely large group who was in the back of the line to join their one family member who was at the front, essentially jumping the line. This resulted in many families that had stood in line timely to board to be towards the back and the large group to take the majority of tables. Line jumping should not be allowed, if boarding is by group, then the group should be together to board
We felt the boat was very crowded, especially given the fact they advertise limited capacity due to covid.
The captain was rude when we inquired and did not provide a safety overview as thoroughly as one would expect, he was very vague on where the life jackets were located and how to reach them. Didnāt seem like the crew took safety seriously.
Music was excellent, musician was personable and created a great atmosphere. The food was good and plentiful. Scarce on the wonderful key lime dessert though. Drinks were good
The crew in general was helpful and courteous.
Overall nice experience but be prepared for crowd
