US2U uses a bus company called XcursionsUSA. When I booked I thought the prices were reasonable, and I was excited and ready for my trip. I was told that my meeting point was a hotel 1.5 miles from the one I was staying at. So, I got up early and walked the 1.5 miles to only get on the bus and go pick up more people directly across the street from my hotel! They never asked where I was staying and I ended up waking up earlier than I needed to and walking in the humidity. As if that wasn't ridiculous enough, on our way back to Miami from Key West, 4 lug nuts came loose on one of the wheels on the bus! This left us stranded for FOUR HOURS and we didn't get back to our hotel until 1:30 in the morning. Loose lug nuts should never be an issue, this company clearly does not use reliable mechanics and our lives were endangered. If something as simple as lug nuts was messed up, what else could be messed up? Book with someone else and make sure your bus is not a XcursionsUSA bus.

But still had so much fun! And all the mimosas included?? YES! Plus i took a dramamine cause im a pansy and I had ZERO issues. Kinda gross we all share the snorkels but whatevesssss... I do recommend that if you're not a strong swimmer (heck even if you are and its choppy) to inflate your life jacket ALLLL THE WAAAY DESPITE WHAT THEY SAY! Especially if you have never snorkeled in choppy waters with a deflatable vest! HUGE DIFFERENCE from a regular foam vest. Do not let your "brave little sh*thead" stubborn teen son go without a life jacket. My friend witnessed one teen almost drown cause he didn't need it but had never snorkeled. Insert eye roll. Overall lots of fun and after a few mimosas you def make a lot of friends on the boat hahahahaha

First of all and most importantly, the bus never showed up. I waited a hour before my departure outside my hotel to sadly see all the other tours get picked up. I called the numbers provided to me but they went straight to voicemail. Like what??? It said I would get a email telling me exactly when my pickup time would be. Nothing came to me at all. So dissatisfied with this experience and now I’ll have to reschedule to go the key west some other way.
