Pickup went ok the ride down and back is very tedious. One stop going down and non coming back. the bus driver did an excellent job getting us there and back. however one drive is enough next time i will fly.

It's a convenient choice if you don't want to drive. Our pick-up time was 6:50 and they were on time. Time to leave Key West was 5:15 and we left right on time. I wish it was a little later so we could've enjoyed more time there. We were back by 9:15.

My pickup time was at 6:40 am I called number provided at 6:50 am to ask if they were at hotel for pickup. A man answered very rudely and told me they were “long gone” and that they waited 10 minutes which was a lie because I waited in Lobby. I imagined like any other place they would give a courtesy call to let the customer know they were at arrival. I called to complain to Viator and they did NOT offer any solution to reschedule or even offer a refund.
