The link to the app didn’t load from the email I was sent when I bought the experience online. I had to ask for help through the chat function, which eventually directed me to the app but when I loaded it the code I was given didn’t work so I had to ring up the help desk. But with limited internet and trying to run the app and call for help on the same phone at the start of the treasure hunt was hard and wasted lots of time and stressed us out before we even started. The person we spoke to was helpful and got us going eventually. The hunt itself was good - although one clue about a statue on front street made no sense - there wasn’t a statue - so we guessed the answer. Also getting from that clue to the next at the church we got lost but managed eventually to use Apple maps to find ourselves.
