Tour vehicles may vary according to the weather. We offer unique 4x4 Jeep Gladiators (with rear and front heat), 'Woody' convertible vans and our Mercedes 'Panoramic' Glass Top Sprinter.

Besides the two unbelievable huge monuments to explore. Custer State Park offers a huge quality of wildlife (burros, elk, deer, antelope, marmots, cayotes and of course Buffalo. FYI- Buffalo calving season begins in March . . . so you should see a bunch's of 'Little Red Devils' running around.

What To Expect

Iron Mountain Road

We drive through numerous one-way tunnels and pigtail bridges along this winding unique highway. Stops for photos of breathtaking vistas.

Mount Rushmore National Memorial

You will be guided through the Memorial and informed of the history of the mountain and the carver. At the conclusion of this you will have time to explore on your own and visit gift shop and restaurant (they have excellent ice cream made from Thomas Jefferson's recipe).

Crazy Horse Memorial

After watching an excellent 20 movie you will understand what Crazy Horse is all about. At conclusion of movie we walk you through the large rooms full of Native American exhibits (14,000). You will then have time to explore on your own.

Wildlife Loop Road

Now its time to see some wildlife . . . buffalo, deer, antelope and more. We travel along the road making stops for photos and enjoying the views.

Custer State Park Visitor Center

Brief stop at both the State Game Lodge and Park Information Center. You will have time to explore exhibits before departing on the Wildlife Loop.
