This was one of our top highlights in Kauai! This company knows how to make customers part of their team. Our guides CJ and Derek were superb! They outfitted us with state of the art gear and then lead us through a complete orientation. We felt totally prepared even though this was our first zipline. We started out with a ride in a 1973 Swiss Army 6 wheel drive vehicle to get us to the first zipline. Derek asked " Who has never ziplined before?" And there I went: first up! I was connected to the line and love every minute of the ride. My wife Bettie soared like an eagle, frontwards, backwards and upsidedown! The views were magnificent. Thank you guys!

We had the best time ever!! Our tour guide CJ was hilarious and very upbeat. He and the other tour guide made us feel very comfortable and safe. Zip lining with Koloa was one the best experiences I had while in Hawaii. Thank you for an amazing adventure!!!

The guides were great, especially Stephen. The views were beautiful. We had a great time. The only thing that kept it from a 5 star is that we waited for the group ahead. They were a larger group and that took longer. We were waiting for a while at each stop till they finish. My suggestion would be to limit group size and shorten the time to add another group time. Play with the flow using queuing theory 😊

Aloha 795dannack! Sounds like you folks had a great tour! We do limit our tours to a group of 12 and sometimes smaller tours can get stuck behind larger ones. Tours can be slowed down for many reasons, often times its due to nervous and/or elderly (or younger) guests that may need a little more time. Also weather does have a large impact on our tours and can sometimes cause the tours to be a bit slower. It is important to us to make sure everyone have a fantastic time, mahalo for choosing to make us a part of your vacation!
