Our tour guides were excellent and extremely FUN! we had a group of all ages 28-65+. I would highly recommend this! We even rescued a hunting dog a king the way.

Our guides/instructors, CAYMAN and STEVEN, were no less than EXCEPTIONAL! They were knowledgeable and entertaining, but furthermore caring. My husband is 73 and has two bad knees - Steven has EMT training (search and rescue), and both young men alternately assisted him up the steeper trails to the next platforms, while assuring there was no rush and that nobody was impatient. The group was awesome as well. The Zip experience was so amazing; STEVEN AND CAYMAN were professional and calming - even while I was standing on my tippy-toes on "the block", I had complete confidence I would not perish! Best Time Ever, April ***I have had warmer, more courteous encounters with the DMV and Social Security than the reception at CHECK-IN; WOMEN NEED RE-EVALUATION!

What a fabulous experience! Four of us went together, and none of us had ever tried zip lining before. We ranged from excited to super nervous to start, but the excellent staff put us to ease. Steven and Keysin (spelling? sorry not sure about that) were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, safety-conscious and encouraging the whole way through. They had entertaining stories to tell along the way and kept us laughing. The experience was set up well--there are 8 zip lines. The first is short and easy, to show you that it's not scary or hard, and then they build from there. It was so exhilarating to be flying above the trees. And what views! Especially that last long ride; it was stunning. We loved this experience and would highly recommend it. Definitely a highlight of our wonderful trip to Kauai.
