Such an unbelievably great time! Lucas and Jessica were some of the best guides we have ever had on one of our many adventures! Always making the experience fun and entertaining for our family of 5 and our extended family of cousins! From the challenges, to the encouragement for the little ones, to the conversations on local favorites, to the info about the grounds and area, these two and this excusion is one we will report to friends and families for years to come! Ask for the dream team for Lucas and Jessica when you go!

Guides were professional and very safety conscious…. It was a great experience! Beautiful views and some nice long zip lines, some with ability to go hands free, Superman style or upside down!!

The ziplining was fun, especially the very last one that was very long. I would have liked to have been given a little more attention. When I arrived, I was told I could use the restroom, but when I got back after 1-2 minutes, they told me the others were already hearing the instructions, so they suited me up quickly then as I walked away, someone noticed that I didn't have a helmet. They gave me one but didn't show me how to adjust it. My wife showed me. I walked to the instructor who was telling people not to do like the man in the picture who was doing it wrong. Honestly. Sometimes we got conflicting instructions from the young instructors--all in their early twenties or maybe late teens--like whether we should wait for everyone or continue to the next zipline. When I asked for clarification on some things, they acted annoyed that I hadn't been paying attention, until others started asking questions too. They made lots of silly jokes and had inside jokes amongst each other. Overall I had a good time, but I think that older, more mature, more patient guides would have made the experience better.

Aloha and thank you for reviewing your tour. I am very happy you had such a good time. I would like to respond to your experience in regards to our guides. Yes, we have young guides who are proficient at their job and do their best with all our guests. Sometimes it doesnt mesh well; especially if the entire group is not here and ready to go at the correct time. I stand behind all of our employees and i am proud if who they are. To all future guests, please do everything you can to get checked in at the correct time. We send multiple emails, text messages and often phone calls to inform everyone of the check-in times. Often times if a party is late, we try to accommodate as best as possible to have them join the tour. In this case, the guests were only 5 minutes late and luckily we were able to stop the tour from leaving…unfortunately, it did create an issue with the guests getting all the information needed at the same time and it created confusion. So please. Be on time for your tours. In most cases late guests are not so easily accommodated.
