This was definitely our favorite adventure while staying on Kauai! The ziplines offered incredible views and were so much fun! We felt very safe with our guides, Hazzard and Pomaile, who were so much fun and knowledgeable about both the tour and the surrounding island. 100% would recommend to anybody looking for some fun!

We had a great experience with this company! The guides knew the landscape, the history, the plants. We learned a lot! There was never a moment when I felt like it was unsafe. And even though the day turned out to be pretty hot it was mostly comfortable under the trees.

We booked for our family of 4 a month ahead (October) and laid out our vacation plans for Kauai. Everything in Itinerary were added up and finalized come November. We've been planning this trip since last year...... A CALL CAME FROM THE COMPANY SAYING THAT THEY HAVE TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATION DUE TO LACK OF STAFF. They asked me if we have other available days, I said, we're only there for 4 days and other days were already booked as planned. I then asked if that day was canceled. I found out that ONLY OUR TIME was canceled. (wow!) I called other ziplines in kauai and they're all book as well. Frustrating for us who planned this amazing vacation.

Aloha Explore636989,I must honestly beg for your forgiveness, this issue is in no way personal to your family and I deeply regret not being able to have the staff available to guide this tour. As I am sure you were able to see while here on Kauai for your vacation, that every company here is short staffed. We, like most companies trying to rebuild from the shutdown are doing our very best to get back to normal, unfortunately, our labor pool has been decimated and we just don't have the employees. And to be clear, it was not "ONLY YOUR TIME" that got cancelled, We have time slots for running 12 tours per day and we are only able to operate 6 for the time being, we are doing our very best. Thank you for your understanding.
