My first-time zip-lining was a blast! And I got to do it in Kauai! Koloa Zipline was amazing. Unfortunately, we were informed that only 6 out of 8 cables were operable because the last 2 lines were not finished being fixed but I was ok with that. At least we got offered 30% off from the purchase price. My only complaint was that I was not reimbursed with that 30% off right away. I waited and waited until 1 month passed by so I had to contact TripAdvisor and I was reimbursed after a couple of days. Anyway, there were 3 employees that did the zipline with us. I felt that one of them was really friendly, welcoming, and helpful, one was so-so, and one could use a bit of a friendlier vibe but it is what it is. That's just what I got out of their personalities. But in the end, the zipline adventure was amazing. I got to do a Superman pose ziplining and it was exhilarating and thrilling, although a bit scary at first when letting go. All in all a great trip!

Aloha rominicktravels, So stoked that overall you had an amazing time zipping with us. Mahalo to you for sharing your feedback. We do typically only have 2 guides on a tour unless there is a new guide in training (which appears to be the case). I truly appreciate your understanding that our last 2 lines did need to be maintained for safety, however, it was unfortunate that you couldn't ride them (shoot me a message the next time you are on island and I can see what we can do to get you on them). I do feel obligated to explain the discount aspect. When you originally booked your tour, you went through a 3rd party seller....which is absolutely okay and in many cases more beneficial. It does, however, produce a lag time for things like discounts and refunds. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you again for playing with us and letting us be part of your vacation! regardless of these few specifics Id like to give you folks a big mahalo from everyone down here at Koloa Zipline for allowing us to be a part of your vacation!

The Koloa Zipline is the best! It was my third time back! Great guides, fun 8 zip lines and great views. Well run operation. Guides Cayman and Bryson were an awesome team!
