The tour group company was a very small operation. I wanted to be optimistic, we all start somewhere... but I did not feel good about leaving my belongings in the owners suv, we had to rent the wet suit jackets... that was listed as included. The tiny boat was not comfortable. When we did get in the water it took a while to see the first ray. After maybe 15 minutes the captain tried calli g us back. What! But our guide innthe water, he was very kind, fun, and really saved the experience, said we only saw one briefly and were getting more time. We did see a handful in the next 15 minutes out there. Can't control nature, amazing to see them and how close the one came. But we were last boat out and first one in. I would dive again, but not with that company.

Aloha Jennifer, I am so sorry that you felt that way and it resulted in a one star review even though you seen rays. I show that you all had 27 minutes of water time as we track it. I imagine that while you are in the water it may seem like just 15 minutes but I assure you that we are not out here trying to short anyone on water time. In regard to the wetsuit rental. It was listed in the ad details that wetsuits are optional and available to rent. I am so sorry that you missed that part. In regard to leaving your items in the SUV, that is what most companies operate from, a vehicle as none of us have offices at the harbor. Guests are more than welcome to leave their belongings in their own vehicle if they prefer. We also acknolwedge that we are a small operation and only take 11 passengers as you mentioned and our boat is tiny and that is why we keep the tours small. I truly am sorry that you may not have researched us before booking as it seems we were not up to our expectations. Regardless, we are sorry but we are SO HAPPY that you got to se MANTA RAYS! Hope your vacation was amazing!
