Just a heads up to people. I knew I was under the weight limit however was told I was over but then was weighed for another tour and was under there. Scales are not accurate as this is the only place I have had a problem. Therefore no horse riding and no refund

don't do the horse ride if experienced only a walking tour painful for experienced riders views were good but I prefer australia where you can actually have a gallop.

This horseback riding tour was a phenomenal experience for my son who was visiting from out of state. Kylie was our tour guide, and she was very personable who placed the safety of the riders first, she constantly dismounted to fix the saddles of other passengers, very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable of the Hawaiian history. The other stable worker, not your guide (didn’t get the name: Caucasian brunette about 5’6~5’7) should not work in the morning shift as she seemed to have forgotten their cup of coffee in the morning (grouchy), felt unwelcome when we first walked in by ranting and rumbling about ā€œliabilityā€, although we’ve already signed the liability and release waivers, the rant was totally unnecessary & felt mansplained. She could definitely use the aloha spirit or customer service training. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend.
