We love the beauty of Kualoa Ranch and have previously done the ATV tour and the Jurassic tour. I took my 10 year old on the horseback tour to celebrate an accomplishment. Our guide was amazing and we enjoyed our tour. However, if you are a tourist looking to pick ONE tour, I would not choose the horseback tour. This tour does not make stops for pictures or to read the movie scene signs. You're literally on the horse for the whole tour, enjoying the views, trying to get a good picture without dropping your phone or slowing down the whole group. Plus: your butt could be sore from the ride and you may not enjoy the rest of your time on Oahu as much!

This was an amazing experience with breathtaking views. Our guide was Kylie (I think that’s how to spell her name), she was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The ride is about two hours long at a steady pace. Stunning views of the valley/ranch throughout the whole time. This is my second time riding a horse, but truly no experience is needed - there’s a safety briefing on how to ride the horses, who are pretty well trained. Tip: if you are bringing multiple belongings, there is a locker for $5 that you can use for up to 24 hrs if needed. If you have smaller things, like sunglasses, phone, water, etc., a horse saddle purse thing will be provided, so you have those things with you while you ride.

This was an amazingly beautiful experience! The horses were so well behaved for my daughter's first ride (she is 11) and the guide was patient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Coby!!!!! The views we got to see were incredible and being in the depths of the jungle was unbelievable.
