This was not at all an acceptable experience! One member(sister)of our party was told they were a few pounds too heavy to ride thier horse! We ridden and trained horses all our lives and never told this most ridiculous thong before. Which I understand that thier policy, the most hurtful thing about it was how it was done. It was announced for everyone to hear instead said discreetlynor professionally to the individual which. I will never bring any more business to this company and will continue to write about this horrible experience.

My wife (who had never ridden a horse) and I booked this as our first activity on our last full day on the island. Our guide Kylie was wonderful, the trail was beautiful, the horses were calm and knew where to go. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the ranch and its history.

In short, the company called my name to check in, told us the the briefing just started and we were late (was not late for the appointment), jumped to not offering refunds, then sent us off.
