The unfriendly staff that would not help us cancel our reservation and help with refund. We followed guidelines and should have received a full refund. Instead we got the runaround and no help at all.

Abby was absolutely the best guide ever. She was funny and very knowledgeable of the land and horses. If you go ask for her to be your guide. Best excursion ever.

I was originally book the house back ride but when I want the the check in counter the associates said it was a system error, I do not see you have book the house back ride so it end up I need to take the AVT ride, I’m so disappointed because is my first time to have a house back experience, I will never book at this website anymore.
