Really a pretty place with a gorgeous stand of unique and thriving bamboo specimens. I didn't go into the pond beneath the falls - the water was too cool for me. Probably better and different times of day or seasons.

Rented a car and drove over here for the day and had the entire waterfall to ourselves. So beautiful! A couple helicopter tours flew over us which was a bit odd and also funny….we did a little paddling, but mostly read and enjoyed the privacy. Bring sun shade if you need it for the first few hours!

We came here on a day pass but we all agreed we want to come back and stay a night or two on our next trip. Our guide was friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. The falls were beautiful and fun to kayak in. Very peaceful and relaxing place to unwind.
