Gorgeous grounds and beautiful waterfalls. Very easy hike to the falls, super funny cat (Alice) might guide you down. The water is COLD, but it’s fun and challenging to swim straight towards a massive waterfall. Bring towels and snacks. There are paddle boards and a kayak to try out. The limited access makes it a tremendous experience. Enjoy.

This place is AMAZING!! If you are on the fence, just do it. The falls are beyond beautiful. We had a great time and would definitely return.

This experience was everything we hoped it would be. We were fortunate to come on a day where weather conditions were perfect and we were able to swim and paddleboard by the waterfall. It was magical. There were a few other couples but they left after a couple hours and we had the whole place to ourselves. Our group included my husband and myself, and our kids ages 3, 7, and 14. We all loved it and had so much fun. Just such a beautiful gem on the island and I would definitely recommend. Try to schedule when the weather prediction is sunny for a few days and cross your fingers because there are no guarantees on weather in Hilo. *** PRO TIP: bring an inflatable tube for extra fun.
