Pros: The fall is stunning, and we were lucky to be here on a slow day when we almost had the fall to ourselves. There were only another couple and a family of 4 but they came after. Kayaking, paddle boarding by the fall were refreshing. I’m not a swimmer so cannot really comment. Cons: $70 per person is quite steep.

Aloha, we are so glad you had a nice time, and enjoyed having a 120 foot waterfall nearly all to yourself. Kulaniapia Falls is a 42 acre property that takes a large team to maintain. We try hard to ensure that our guests have great expeirences like yours, and it does not become over crowded.

I wish I knew this was here before I booked my trip because this is where I would have stayed. We went for the day to the waterfall and bamboo gardens and came back for dinner later that evening. It was an amazing experience. It wasn’t crowded like all of the other tourists areas and it was truly relaxing and beautiful. Our chef was Dominique and she prepared an incredible meal. Next time we are on the island I will be here.
