Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Infants will be seated on the adults lap while kayaking
There is no bathroom available during the tour as we will be on a kayak/SUP. Bathrooms are available before and after tour.
That the tour will go ahead whether or not there is rain, you will be notified if the tour is actually canceled by the time the tour begins.

The boat I booked was not available, I came in vain. It was impossible to reach anyone. I will try to issue a refund through Tripadvisor, do you need it on vacation?

Very sorry but as we told you, you did not fit that kayak. We had another, larger kayak that fit you better but you refused and left. We refunded you immediately and yet you are still leaving us a one start review.
