What a fun way to enjoy a day. Jeremy, our guide, was funny, informative and patient. Easy instructions for novice kayakers and Jeremy was attentive to those who were struggling a bit. We were fortunate to have calm water and could relax and enjoy the amazing experience.

A beautiful day to be on a kayak in La Jolla. However, the total trip on the kayak was only 90 minutes. The guides were good. Waited 15 minutes, due to the number of kayakers, to get into the cave. Then spent only 5 minutes in the cave itself. Would have been better to rent a kayak and gone without the tour.

Staff and guides are very nice and helpful. Equipment is well maintained. Tour of cave was reasonably organized by guides given size of our group and intense competition in area from other kayak tours, snorkelers and divers. Respectfully, you need to understand that operating a kayak in the ocean is a physical activity. OK, parking near the tour shop is awful, AWFUL, especially on the weekend. We had to park over a mile away and it took 40 minutes to eventfully find a spot near Scripps Institute. Strongly suggest taking Uber/Lyft or other public convenience to/from the tour shop. Regardless, know the address of tour shop. There are several competitors in the same area and easy to get confused.
