Chill guide, very respectful and communicative, also did the hike: same day. If you want a guide that super chill. Go with this guy, even for some one that could not keep up, still had an amazing time.

Best kayaking experience ever such a beautiful site we even got to see dolphins. The instructor Jeff is pretty cool dude.
