I booked the tour at 4:30 pm, we arrived at the time we had to arrive, at the address sent to our mail, when we arrived at the place, we saw that the window where tickets are purchased was closed, we spent 30 minutes trying to communicate With customer assistance, after several attempts they answered the call, I explained the case and it turns out that there was another ticket office approximately 600 meters away from the address of the place, when we arrived we explained the situation and asked for a refund because by 6pm we had another tour with another company, they said that a refund was not possible adi we had to take the tour with the new schedule adjustment they gave us. The tour is not really a big deal, good view of the city but I recommend that you take the tour that shows the architecture more closely, also, the company did not take into account in canceling the tour due to the bad weather, in the middle of the tour It started to rain, which made us want to jump out of the boat because we couldn't enjoy anything, also, we lost the other tour with the other company. a waste of time and money.
