Easy to get tickets on the Navy Pier. Boat was clean and staff organized. Tour informative and offered lots of opportunity for pictures. Would be a 5 except I would rather have a live person narrating over a recorded one and they do not offer discounts for retired military, only active duty. No Senior discount as well. Not a big deal but most places do offer military discounts.

Excellent organization since you arrive at Navy Pier! Once you are on the boat the view and guide are great and you can also buy drinks if desired!

This 40 minute tour left right from Navy Pier, super convenient to the food court area. We took seven children ages 5-13 on a 1pm tour and had a WONDERFUL time. The staff was super chill, the boat felt safe and the breeze was awesome on a super hot day. There was a narration going on the whole time we sailed but it was hard to hear it downstairs. When we went upstairs you could hear it really well and it was very informative. The views of the skyline are so incredible! It was such a great way to get a view of the city and take a load off our feet after a long morning of walking. Two restrooms that were clean and in working condition plus a snack bar if you need it. They do let you take food and drink on board, which was awesome for us because we had been rushed with lunch and could just bring it on with us, this really helped ease our stress during mealtime. Note: they did make us take a cheesy picture as we boarded that you could purchase at the end if you wanted.
