I recommend anyone to not book this trip directly through tripadvisor. The emails are unclear with the address. Google searching "shoreline sightseeing" only shows the "river" location and not the navy pier location. Upon arrival, we were told we were at the wrong location and that the only option was changing the time to a later cruise. That's fine and dandy if we didn't already come from navy pier directly to the river spot just before it, so going back was not happening. Instead of allowing us on the river ride, the attendant responded "it's a different ride so the pricing is entirely different" without any other options being presented. There were clearly plenty of spots left on the cruise and it was about to take off in 10 mins...trash customer service. Will not be using this service or website again to book a ride. Do yourselves a favor and book directly with the sightseeing providers to avoid tripadvisor's watered down information.

Scenery,viewfinder the City but... We couldn't enjoy any cocktails. The friendly bar keep said," the computer wouldn't accept any charges or cash. Oh come on, Cash is King."
