Emerald Bay State Park
The Ultimate Half Day Tour departs at 7:00 am, and focuses on the best of Tahoeā€™s South and West Shore areas. Our journey begins at a beautiful secluded Tahoe beach, shadowed by spectacular Mt.Tallac. Across the river is an Eagle sanctuary, and you will be able to view and photograph different species of local birds, and possibly even a bear. As the mountains and lakes beckon, our adventures continues to back country lakes and spectacular waterfalls. Above the falls, another high country lake awaits our arrival. Climbing 2,000 feet above Tahoe to a high country ridgeline, gives you amazing views. Continuing to one of the most photographed locations in North America, Emerald Bay. Tahoe Photo Tours will take you to special locations to avoid the crowds.

Sugar Pine State Park
Sugar Pine Point State Park contains one of the finest remaining natural areas on Lake Tahoe. With nearly two miles of lake frontage, the park has dense forests of pine, fir, aspen and juniper. Constructed in 1903, the property is one of the finest examples of a by-gone era of summer retreats found along the shores of Lake Tahoe. With crystal clear waters and up to 24 inch pine cones this is a must see location.

We are budding photographers from Maui and went back to Lake Tahoe for a visit 28 years later. We read the great reviews and decided to take a chance with Keith. Talk about a professional with a zest for life and and a willingness to please his guests over and beyond, that was Keith Price! He took us to prime locations and helped us frame shots that will be in our memorable portfolio for years. If you're wanting to see places that residents know of and can get to, this is a tour for you. He'll also take shots of you having fun along the way. As we say in Maui, Keith no ka Ź»oi. Keith is the best with lots of aloha! When in Tahoe, book with Tahoe Phographic Tours.

Hello Tahoe Photographic Tours guest. Thank you so very much for taking the time to write such an enthusiastic review. It is always nice to see guests come here from other spectacular locations like Hawaii and have an exceptional experience here in Lake Tahoe. I feel very fortunate that I had the opportunity to show you a bit of Lake Tahoe and share in some fall photographic fun. I look forward to your next visit and the chance to show you other beautiful spots here in Lake Tahoe.

Going on a photo tour with Keith is a great experience. He knows where to find the best images, he is a good coach and he's a lot of fun to be around. The Tahoe basin is an awesome place and Keith unlocks those "secret spots" that make a photo workshop productive, rewarding and memorable.

Hello Tahoe Photographic Tours guest. Thank you so much for taking the time to submit your review. I see you traveled a long way from London England to come to Lake Tahoe, and it is always a pleasure to see such a great response from seasoned travelers. We appreciate the input from your son as well and I'm especially satisfied that he enjoyed himself also. Thank you again and we look forward to showing you other beautiful Lake Tahoe locations upon your next visit.

I found this tour on trip advisor months ago....phoned and spoke with Robin, the owner's wife, who said that I should call back closer to the time to see if other people had signed up for the day I wanted - I was a single booking. I called back a few weeks ago, still nothing - I gave her my information and she said she would let me know if it was possible. Upon checking in to my hotel last Wednesday, Robin had left me a message at the front desk confirming my reservation for the following morning! So happy...and became happier.... Greg picked me up at 9 am, as promised; we collected another couple, then waited for someone else, who never showed. Then we were off... What an amazing day! Greg has lived and hiked and climbed these mountains for decades and knows all the history, legend and secret spots! We started at Kiva Beach, then moved up and up and up to Emerald Bay. There was a bit of hiking involved - approx 3 miles all in, according to my pedometer...The views across the lake, of the crystal clear waters - images speak louder than words and I took at least 100 photos! What a fabulous day! I met 3 new friends and breathed such fresh air as my eyes beheld views that I don't think that I could ever tire of! Got dropped back at the hotel about 3 ish. Beyond everything i did, Greg was snapping pictures of the views and us - and when I say taking pictures, I mean he felt like a portrait photographer and made us redo shots if he wasn't happy with it! I am to receive a digital copy of all the ones he took to complement all my own You pay at the end, credit card or cash. It was so worth it! I look forward to doing the full-day tour the next time i'm back in Tahoe...one of the highlights of my trip! Thank you...
