We booked 2 weeks in advance and they canceled on us when we arrived today check in. So that didn’t have enough people to fill the flight. Could’ve ruined my trip but I didn’t let it

Thank you for your feedback. Unless you purchase all six seats, helicopter tours require a minimum number of four (4) passengers to operate. Our booking notes reflect that our Reservations Department made several attempts on the day of your tour to extend an alternative helicopter tour, which you did not respond.
