Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Minimum numbers apply. There must be 2 participants for each activity. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough participants to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

Surfing is a naturally socially distant sport and we have had no Covid cases associated with any of our instructors or clients since the onset. We have helped hundreds of clients learn to surf in that time and are very careful to keep appropriate space along with equipment sanitized.

I had been attempting to learn to surf on my own but when I hit a plateau, I knew it would be best to get some help from an instructor. I researched all the SB schools and iSurf had the best reviews. I was paired up with Zach for my private lesson and it was wonderful. He has amazing energy and would make anyone feel instantly comfortable. Despite some not so great habits I had unwittingly been practicing, Zach's coaching got me to the point that I was finally able to stand up and ride several waves during the lesson which was such an incredibly exciting experience. I'll do some practicing on my own for a bit then possibly book another private to get some feedback on progression and take it up a notch. Private lessons really are the way to go since you get all the attention and this makes the most of your time. It's well worth the price.

Zach was a great teacher- very knowledgeable not only about surfing in general, but the specific area too. He was quick to curate the lesson to my knowledge and abilities coming in. He paid attention to me and offered great tips on how to improve. Highly recommend taking a lesson from iSurf!

My husband LOVED his surf lesson with Zack. He had always wanted to try surfing but never pulled the trigger to book a lesson himself. Upon planning our baby moon I contacted iSurf to surprise my husband with a private lesson and to ask a few questions. I spoke to Thomas who was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. After the call I knew this was the company to book through. We received a text letting us know the location of the session the day before as well as a text the morning of. When we arrived at the location the team was super friendly and energetic. The lesson was thorough and my husband spent quite a bit of time in the water. I was able to spot him catch a few waves as well! Thanks Thomas, Zack and the iSurf team for such a wonderful experience! Looking forward to going back to Santa Barbara and taking a lesson myself!
