My husband and I took our LEGO-obsessed 3 y/o son. After shelling out $50!! (That’s WITH A COUPON) we were met with a confusing setup, dingy and dirty aesthetic, lackluster bored employees and essentially just a building filled with stations of loose legos marketed as different ‘areas’. The two ‘rides’ were pathetic and took close to 20 minutes to wait for (when it was less than busy). The 4D movie had no dialogue and essentially was watching a 15 minute silent LEGO film. Needed to run to the car to get our sons juice cup and was told that there was no re-entry. HAHAHHAHA!! And all exits drop off into a lackluster LEGO store where all legos are marked up by AT LEAST $10. Thank god I live close and didn’t bank on this as a day trip for my family. I’m out $50 and half my day, would’ve been more productive spending the $50 on an awesome set from our local malls LEGO store and going home to throw those pricey legos all over my house. Do NOT waste your money. This place is a total scam. Will NOT be going again and will be telling anyone I know to avoid it. Now I know why they throw coupons at you every chance they get. Just HORRIBLE.

My kids really enjoyed themselves (ages 6, 12, and 13)! My son really loves Lego and had a great time building his own creations and testing them out on the ramps on 2nd floor. The 4D movies are neat and the builder classes are cool! The admission cost is far too high for what you actually get in terms of a small "amusement park". I understand the location plays a role here. Nice place to visit once....we won't be back unless we can find a great discounted ticket rate.

We brought our 6 years old and our 2 year old and bought our tickets on Groupon, the original price is not worth the visit at all. You take your picture when you first walk in, when you get the picture there are no prices listed and the person will tell you how much the picture is, which is a little sketchy, regardless, we purchased 2 pictures for $18 +tax. They have the city of Chicago built from LEGO and a few other communities. Nice! Then they have a forest completely built from LEGO, which was the highlight of our visit. There are some rides and activities that are included with admission and you can go on them with your kids as many times as you want, you only need to pay for the VR if you want it, which is $6. There is a small market with a franchise Starbucks, they are not professional! Having said all the above, my kids completely enjoyed their visit, it is nice to experience it at least once, but I won’t pay to go again.
