It's good for younger kids but my 14 year old enjoyed herself also. She described it as "The DisneyWorld of New York." The rides are fun but the biggest "thrill" ride is the Dragon (small roller coaster). The ride wait lines were designed very nicely. There was a lot to look at while you waited and the lines all moved pretty quickly. The park goes in a big circle so it's really easy to find your way around. Food prices were higher than normal, as expected. A large ice cream cone was $6 and a kids meal was $10 (either chicken fingers or a cheeseburger that came with fries). Adult meals were $10 (I had a chicken breast sandwich that was surprisingly good) but fries were an extra $5. There were lots of other food options available also. Gift shop prices were pretty reasonable. It was extremely clean (but it also just opened recently, so everything is new still new). It wasn't overcrowded the day that we went. We did notice a lot of the hand sanitizer stations were out of hand sanitizer. Quite a few of the interactive pieces at Minicity were already not working (pedals to step on that cause a response on the lego displays). Overall it was a fantastic day for the whole family and I'll return again next year.

My son had a great time at Legoland New York. His favorite part was the Ninjago ride and the driving school where he was excited to receive his "Legoland Driver's license". We couldn't get to all the rides so next time we will plan to come for at least 2 days to experience all the fun.

I visited the park on a Thursday. I didn't stay at the hotel, due to the pool being closed. I went with 3 kids, ages 13, 7 & 3. This park is geared towards children younger..maybe 11 & under, however my 13 yr old did have fun playing the games & he enjoyed some of the rides. Everything is geared towards families, therefore most of the rides we could all get on together. The park is spaced out so prepare for walking. We were able to do most of the attractions within 6 hours. If u want to do all attractions I would say you need maybe 7hrs or more. We had a great time & we will return!
