Other exciting adventures include iconic rides such as The Dragon Coaster in LEGO® Castle and LEGO® NINJAGO® World’s LEGO® NINJAGO® The Ride. Children can then head to LEGO® City to expand their imaginations and earn their very own LEGOLAND® Driver’s License at Driving School, team up to save the day at Fire Rescue Academy and catch LEGO movies in 4D at Palace Cinema.
This year there is an all-new water playground in LEGO® City this Summer: Guests will be able to build and race a LEGO boat, splash on a water slide and be doused by a giant water bucket!

• Round trip bus transportation is provided from Port Authority Bus Terminal New York City: 625 8th Avenue New York, NY
• Port Authority gate for transportation to LEGOLAND New York is 409. Please check board at terminal to confirm.
• Must visit ticket booths at Port Authority to obtain bus ticket located 1st floor, South building, Booths 11-15.
• Please check https://www.legoland.com/new-york/ for any updates.
• Must visit the park on scheduled date.
• The bus departs Port Authority at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Return buses from LEGOLAND New York are at 3:45 PM, 5 PM and 6:15 PM.
Please note: on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, there is also a 7:15 PM bus option.

The park is brand new. Staff is very cordial and everything is clean. Unfortunately, the operations drop the ball. Waiting time could be reduced with 2 or more staff in the attraction. One person to do everything is too much and increases the amount of time for the Public.

I gave it 2 dots instead of one b/c it’s pretty cool to see everything built from Legos. The first ride we got on did not do the main special effect that probably made it popular in the first place. Then we got three souvenir refillable cups and all three leaked no matter how you placed the lid on. Then the park hours were 10-8 and the soda machine tells you that you can do refills until 11:59 PM (Not sure how that would happen) but then the kicker is all but one refill station closed at 6PM. So 2 hours went by and we discovered the only ONE station left open after that was located towards the exit to the park. We also got the refillable souvenir popcorn bucket. That was only refillable at ONE stand. Which also closed super early (6 or earlier) and we never got to refill it. That was the point of getting the refillable bucket, no? Lastly, we also stayed at the Legoland resort. It was my son’s birthday. I paid for the overpriced hotel birthday package and found out instead of placing the items in our room upon arrival, we had to traverse back down to find the guest services desk and pick it up ourselves. The price you pay for a vacation package here, lends one to suppose that a little more service would be involved in their customer experience. Also upon check in we found 3 towels in our bathroom for the five of us in our family. Why ask us to tell you about each person in the room down to full name and age for each if you’re not at the very least going to provide enough towels to have one towel for each of us? We’ll just call down to the front desk … Oh and that reminds me. Don’t think you’ll just “call downstairs” if you have an issue. There isn’t a phone in the room. Just a Google assistant. And even though it looks like you can use it to contact front desk, it has no clue what your saying when you try to prompt it to do so. The disco ball effect in the elevator only worked as advertised 1 out of the many times we took the elevators. Also, did I mention my son’s bday? Welp even though we paid for their bday items which included a happy bday draw string bag, not a single “customer service” attendant throughout the park wished him a happy birthday. So Legoland NY, stop charging exorbitant package prices for such a lack luster non-personalized experience. Did not feel special. The technology was sub par as well. Maybe a one and done destination? And perhaps I would try for the FL location as it has been in this business for much longer and maybe has it down a bit better.
