I love the park but I hate that the pool is limited and you have to reserves we was hot and didn’t get to enjoy the water we was informed we needed to reserve

It was a really good time. I wish there was more for the adults to do. The town had a water boil advisory so that what was closed was not the LegoLands faults.

I’ll start by saying my kids (5 and 10) had a good time but this park has some work to do if it wants repeat customers. The ride operators are like the dmv sloths from zootopia. No sense of urgency compounded by nonsensical “safety” procedures. There is plenty of friendly staff they just move incredibly slowly. For example it took literally 8 minutes to load and start the carousel. The ride and reserve doesn’t work right, the posted wait times are wildly inaccurate. They wouldn’t let my 10 year old accompany my 5 year old alone on what amounts to kiddie rides. Their height requirements are seemingly random. For example it was totally fine for my 5 year old and 10 year old to go together on the smaller dragon roller coaster but it wasn’t ok for them to go on a dumbo style ride that had restraints that can only be opened by a key. They also allowed two adult women with no kids with them to take up 2 of the 5 cars on the DUPLO train when there was a 45 minute wait. The food prices were absurdly high. I also found it distasteful that they were still charging 3.50 for water when there was a boil water advisory. They made a show of only charging 3.50 but really it should have been at cost or taken a loss on it. The splash pad is ridiculous, you have to make a reservation for a 20 minute slot at 7am the day of your visit, you can book up to 2 but you will be cleared out at the 19 minute mark and made to wait in line another 10 minutes. By the time we got in for each slot there was about 16-17 minutes remaining. The changing rooms are also only available inside the water area so you were forced to change in the bathroom stalls or lose precious park time. It’s not a well designed park, they do have the skyliner but it’s a very long wait. The park hours are only 10-6 in the height of summer. You will spend a good chunk of that waiting in line or navigating the park. We live close so we’ll probably go back if I find a deal but not including souvenirs I spent 309.00 on tickets, parking and bare minimum food.
